We're looking for a sales leader to drive performance across our showroom and clearance outlet in Lisburn. Someone who gets a buzz from hitting targets, building teams, and winning customers that keep coming back. If that's you, read on.

Our Lisburn branch is a well-established site with a strong customer base and a real opportunity to push performance to the next level.

Your job is to make that happen.

• Being a player manager - Owning sales performance across the whole branch including your own individual sales targets and KPIs
• Balancing two different customer mindsets under one roof: customers hunting for a clearance deal outlet and full range customers in the showroom, and making sure both get the attention they need
• Leading, coaching, and developing your sales team to consistently exceed expectations
• Managing all day-to-day showroom operations - from stock and presentation to health and safety
• Building strong relationships with customers, designers, developers, and trade accounts
• Using sales data to identify opportunities, adapt fast, and keep the team focused
• Representing Bathshack in the local market and driving brand presence in Lisburn
• Working as a keyholder and taking full accountability for the team, stock and site.

This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, including Saturday working.

You don't need to know bathrooms inside out (though it helps). What you do need is a proven track record of leading sales teams, hitting targets, and raising standards around you.

• Demonstrated success in a sales management role - ideally with evidenced results
• Experience managing, motivating, and developing a team
• Strong coaching instincts - you make the people around you better at what they do
• Comfortable with data - you use it to drive decisions, not just report them
• Excellent communicator - with customers, with your team, and with senior leadership
• Emotionally intelligent - you lead with credibility, not just authority
• Flexible to travel occasionally for training and induction events

• £ (DOE) basic salary
• Uncapped commission - realistic OTE £55000+
