VANRATH is working with a prominent vehicle dealership group on the recruitment of a Business Development Manager for a dealership and field sales role across the Craigavon/Lisburn/Newry/Armagh and Mid-Ulster regions . This is a strong opportunity with £60,000 on target earnings for a driven sales professional.
We are looking for a sales and business development professional with at least two years' sales experience to build the local business and fleet database and promote the full range of dealership services, spanning new and used passenger car and commercial vehicle sales, aftersales and parts. It will suit a driven, confident individual who can work independently to grow, manage and develop a business customer base.

Your key focus will be developing new business across the region. Day to day you will:
- Build the local business and fleet database from the ground up
- Promote dealership services across new and used car and commercial vehicle sales, aftersales and parts
- Develop new business opportunities while managing and closing existing deals
- Grow, manage and develop the business customer database
- Use a consultative selling approach to match customers to the right products
- Work independently in a fast paced sales environment, contributing to both your team and your customers
- Minimum two years' sales experience, ideally business development or field sales
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
- A high achiever who thrives in a fast paced sales environment
- Able to manage and close existing deals while continually chasing new business
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine focus on customer care
- Full driving licence
- £60,000 OTE, with a £37,000 basic
