What you will do:

• Lead and manage the Children’s Looked After Team, ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Provide supervision and support to social work staff, enhancing their professional development
• Coordinate with the Pathway Leaving Care Team to ensure smooth transitions for care leavers aged 16-25
• Collaborate with external agencies to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual needs
• Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and best practices within children’s social work
• Monitor and evaluate service outcomes to improve and maintain high standards of care
