We are looking for a Bank Support Worker who is committed to providing quality housing related support to people living in a medium term supported accommodation unit. You will work alongside people helping them fulfil their potential, be part of the community they live in, and feel connected to society.
Responsibilities:
- Encourage positive and healthy lifestyles and assist individuals to develop skills for independent living.
- Work closely with partners across the county and take a multi‑agency approach to reach positive outcomes for individuals.
Requirements and qualities required:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an understanding of the issues facing those who use our services.
- Friendly, proactive, positive, approachable and non‑judgemental personality.
- Openness to full training provided.
