The Role What does a Support Worker do? Put simply, you help someone live the life they want. Some days that's cooking together, sorting the weekly shop, or getting out into the local community. Other days it's helping someone reach a goal they've been dreaming about for years. The heart of it is the relationship - getting to know someone and supporting them in a way that's truly theirs, so they have real choice and control over their own life.

Providing Person Centred Support Supporting People to Develop and Maintain Key Skills in relation to Housing Support Supporting Independence, Social and Communication Skills Some Administration such as record keeping and report completion.
