As a Team Leader you will oversee the day‑to‑day running of the service, supporting the staff team and the people supported.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the on‑call rota and participating in the on‑call service;
• Covering sleep‑in sessions and receiving additional £60 per sleep‑in;
• Covering day sessions and receiving additional £10 per session.

To succeed in this role you should have:

• NVQ Level 3 in health and social care, or willingness to work towards this qualification;
• Experience in adult care or disability services.

Our Independent Living service provides flexible, client‑driven care and support for a wide range of needs.

• £500 bonus upon completion of 12 months of employment (terms apply);
