McCulla Ireland Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our team in Lisburn, Northern Ireland. The role offers the chance to grow within a leading logistics provider that specialises in ambient, chilled and frozen solutions across Ireland, the UK and Europe.

• Hourly rate £13.50 – £13.89 (DOE)

Full‑time

• 5 shifts starting at 7:00 with two days off together
• Day shift 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Overtime available

• Work as part of a team to meet deadlines in cold store, chill store and ambient store environments
• Unload and load trailers; receive goods in and load/unload groupage
• Operate handheld scanners, counterbalance forklift and ride‑on power pallet truck
• Pick orders, build pallets and complete accurate record‑keeping

• Valid counterbalance forklift licence
• Aisle Master licence and experience
• Ability to work in temperatures of –20°C
• Flexible attitude to working hours
• Reading and writing proficiency in English
• Previous warehousing and cross‑dock experience
• Ride‑on power pallet truck licence
• Experience with handheld scanners
• Experience in a cold store environment
