A growing firm of chartered accountants based in Liskeard is searching for a Client Manager to join their team as a key hire to take on the full management of a wide ranging industry portfolio, managing client relationships, delivery of accounts, tax and wider services and managing a small team within this highly successful firm of accountants.

A fast growing and successful firm of accountants based in Liskeard acting for clients across the spectrum in size, across wide ranging sectors, industries and turnovers up to and well in excess of the audit threshold. The firm serves clients across varied industries – sole traders, partnerships and limited companies up into the £millions of turnover, with additional larger clients up to and in excess of the audit threshold.

The business also offers a range of professional services across wealth management, legal services and other fields, developing strong, long term and value added client relationships. Flexible hours, with a mix of home to office working as well as a competitive and attractive salary on offer.

Joining the firm’s Liskeard offices as a Client Manager you will take on increasing responsibility for the management and delivery of accounts, tax and associated services to a portfolio of mixed industry sole trade, partnership and limited company SMEs, OMBs and corporate clients typically into the £millions in turnovers. You will manage, oversee and review a small support team of a couple of trainees and more senior accountants to assist you overseeing a fee base of close to £200k.

You may be any of ACA, ACCA, AAT, ATT, CTA qualified, with a career background around the Client Manager level managing the delivery of year‑end accounts, tax and services delivery to wide ranging sole trade, partnership and limited company clients, developed within a UK accountancy practice firm environment of any size.

Circa £40,000 – £50,000+ dependent on background experience and level of the right professional, plus benefits, negotiable.
