Position: Team Leader Community Care (Permanent)
We are seeking a dedicated, proactive, and flexible Team Leader to join our client’s growing care organisation. This is a pivotal role focused on ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality, responsive care services across the county.

The position is primarily field-based and involves working across multiple locations. Flexibility is essential, as you will provide support where it’s needed most to ensure services run smoothly and safely.

* Full-time permanent contract with guaranteed hours

* £14ph weekdays / £17ph weekends

Key Responsibilities

* Supporting service user assessments, sign-ups, and onboarding

* Conducting spot checks and quality audits

* Providing field supervision, mentoring, and support to care staff

* Delivering or assisting with care packages where required

* Developing skills in complex care provision with ongoing training

* Maintaining accurate documentation and communication

* Ensuring services remain compliant with regulations and internal policies

Requirements

* Previous experience in a Team Leader or Senior Care role

* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)

* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle – essential

* Willingness to travel across Cornwall and Devon

* Strong knowledge of safeguarding, medication administration, and person-centred care

* Excellent staff supervision and people management skills

* A calm, solution-focused approach in a fast-paced care environment
