Auto Parts / Warehouse / Computer Skills

This is a multi-faceted role which includes:

• Picking and packing orders in our Goods-out department
• Dealing with parts/stock/technical enquiries by telephone and email
• Processing website customer and supplier orders on our database

Criteria for this job:

• To be enthusiastic and able to adapt to different tasks as required
• Have good common sense and be able to use your own initiative
• Be physically able to lift 25kg parcels
• Be able to walk for a lot of the day and climb some steps
• Have good computer keyboard skills and typing speed
• Live in Cornwall within a 15 mile radius of Liskeard and own a car

You should preferably have experience with:

• Automotive, industrial or retail warehousing
• Software like Microsoft Office or Sage Accounts

Integration between staff members is a must because:

• We are a small company
• Assists team building
• Everyone works together to a common goal
• Support and assistance is always there

This is a full time job so working hours are:

• 4 weeks holiday plus all normal bank holidays
• We close between Xmas and New Year so there will always be some compulsory leave within that period

Your pay will be:

• You will start on a 3 month trial

• We are on a green field site away from any industry
• You will be working in a clean, dry and warm environment
• You will have your own desk and computer terminal
• Lunch can be taken in our staff room with comfortable seating
• Microwave, fridge, kettle, tea and coffee are all provided
