As an Extra Care Scheme Manager
, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring safe, effective and person-centred care while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Package & Benefits
  • Salary of up to £33,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a care team to deliver safe, effective and person-centred care
  • Ensure sufficient staffing levels and effective workforce planning

    Maintain compliance with CQC regulations, internal policies and contractual requirements
  • Manage service performance, budgets and quality improvement initiatives
  • Build positive relationships with service users, families and professionals
About You
  • Experience managing services within extra care, domiciliary care, community care or supported living
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards
  • Experience managing teams, staffing and service performance
  • Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
