New Business Sales Agent - Temp to Perm

Commission - OTE £12,000 Commision

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, one of Cornwall/ Devons leading internet providers, for a New Business Sales Agent to join their team in Liskeard. This is a temporary to permanent hybrid opportunity focused on generating and following up on leads for the company.

This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, with the chance to secure a permanent contract after 12 consecutive weeks. During the temporary period, you'll earn £13.75 per hour, paid weekly every Friday. Once permanent, you'll move onto a salary of £26,227.50 - £28,500 plus commission.

• 37.5 hours per week
• Shift rota between Monday and Saturday
• Shifts are 9:00am-5:00pm, 10:00am-6:00pm or 11:00am-7:00pm
• If you work a Saturday, you'll receive a day off in lieu during the week.

• Based at the Liskeard Head Office
• 5 days in the office during your first 5-6 weeksfor onboarding and training.
• Following this, hybrid working ofup to 2 days from homeis available, subject to manager approval.

• Handling inbound sales enquiries.
• Making outbound calls to warm and cold leads.
• Converting enquiries into sales.
• Upselling and cross-selling broadband packages.
• Providing excellent customer service.

• Has previous sales or customer service experience.
• Is confident speaking to customers over the phone.
• Enjoys working towards targets.
• Has great communication skills.
