Waking Night Support Worker

About the Role

We are looking for a Support Worker to help young people with complex needs build and maintain meaningful connections in their community, work towards education or employment, and develop independence.

• Support and enable the People We Support to live their best life, whilst delivering person‑centred care aligned with our person‑led support delivery model.
• Use your knowledge, skills, and adherence to legislation, best practices, and our policies and procedures to deliver the highest quality care.
• Engage with each individual to enable them to pursue their interests, maintain skills, and receive personalised, person‑centred care.
• Actively promote and maintain their safety and safeguard the welfare of those in our care.
• Maintain and develop relationships with family, friends and other important people in the lives of those we support.
• Complete and maintain Support Plans and other necessary information that supports our people and ensures effective delivery.
• Notify the Team Leader/Senior Support Worker of any changes observed in the needs of the individuals we support, contributing to their continued well‑being.

• Salary £13.45 to £13.81 per hour depending on qualifications.
