Salary: Contract: £25,000 - £28,000 Fixed-term (ending 30th November 2027)

Job PurposeAs a Programmes Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth and effective delivery of our programmes. You will coordinate practical arrangements including booking venues, organising participant travel and maintaining accurate programme records and attendance data. You will work closely with the trainers and delivery teams to ensure they have everything they need to deliver engaging and effective sessions, while providing hands‑on support at during in‑person delivery.
Your organised, proactive and supportive approach will help create a positive experience for both participants and trainers and contribute to the successful delivery of our programmes.
- Coordinate programme logistics, venues and resources.
- Maintain learner records and programme administration.
- Arrange learner transport and communications.
- Support trainers and learners during delivery sessions.
- Assist with reporting, compliance and data collection.
- Promote safe, inclusive and welcoming learning environments.
- To represent Real Ideas well, understanding and talking coherently about Real Ideas products and programmes to provide more value for customers and members.
- Work collaboratively across Real Ideas through active participation in Team days, training or other working groups.
- To adhere to and uphold Real Ideas’ social purpose, strategic aims and policies.
- To contribute to a culture of inclusion and equality and demonstrate a commitment to removing all forms of discrimination.
- To act with integrity and always maintain the highest professional standards.
