Sr. Financial Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and/or document accounting processes pertaining to software business.
• Review current accounting processes and provide process improvement.
• Support business controller review and document accounting methodology for deferred revenue, warranty reserves, SIP accrual, Intangible assets, and Capitalized software. Ensure compliance with U.S GAAP.
• Execute/implement updated accounting processes and procedures
• Support day-to-day accounting operation.
• Assist with preparation for financial carve-out on a monthly basis.

• Strong accounting background combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skill sets.
• Strong ability to independently identify and resolve issues.
• Strong communication and ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
