In this role, you will provide technical and office support to engineers, architects, and technicians. We are looking for someone to work 8 am – 5 pm, 5 days / 40 hours per week in Lisle, IL.
Job Activities- Provide high‑level administrative support to engineers, architects, and technicians by preparing, editing, formatting, and assembling project manuals and reports, conducting research, creating communication documents, and special projects as assigned.
- Front‑desk responsibilities and other office tasks, such as answering phones and greeting customers and clients.
- Provide technical‑writing support and proofread technical plans and specification documents.
- Assist in the compilation of technical documents and their distribution.
- Collect and maintain files and project‑related documentation necessary to sustain project progress.
- Work effectively as an integral member of a team of administrative professionals.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience, preferably with an architectural / engineering, legal or construction firm.
- Previous office management experience.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Must be detail‑oriented and set high standards for quality.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and proven organizational abilities are required, along with the ability to assign, prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects and meet project deadlines.

$24 – $28 per hour (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity).
