Business Program Implementation Specialist – eCommerce

International Motors is seeking a Business Program Implementation Specialist – eCommerce to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving online sales performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting account growth through strategic leadership, effective sales execution, and exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in executing the company’s eCommerce sales plan with a focus on increasing revenue, expanding dealer relationships, and improving profit margins across our dealer network.

This position requires a dynamic, solutions‑oriented professional who can develop and implement impactful sales strategies, optimize the online customer experience, and serve as a subject‑matter expert on the company’s products and services.

Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and execute eCommerce sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets.
  • Lead initiatives to expand existing online accounts and acquire new customers through digital channels.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, forecast demand, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align eCommerce goals with company objectives.

Customer Support & Relationship Management

  • Oversee customer service and support functions to ensure a seamless and satisfying online buying experience.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers, customers, and partners to enhance loyalty and retention.

Product & Market Expertise

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s full product and service offerings.
  • Introduce new products to dealers and the eCommerce platform, ensuring effective online presentation and promotion.
  • Monitor industry market trends at the local level, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Team Development & Collaboration

  • Provide leadership, training, and motivation to eCommerce sales and support teams at dealer locations.
  • Foster a high‑performance culture focused on customer satisfaction, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of business development, sales, mergers and acquisitions, finance or joint venture experience.
  • OR Master’s degree and at least 1 year of the same experience.
  • OR At least 5 years of business development, sales, mergers and acquisitions, finance or joint venture experience.
Additional Requirements
  • Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Sponsorship for employment‑related work visas will not be provided.
Desired Skills
  • Skilled in developing and executing sales plans that drive revenue, margin growth, and account expansion.
  • Ability to lead customer support operations, resolve escalated issues, and design seamless buyer journeys that improve satisfaction and retention.
  • Experienced in strengthening dealer partnerships, managing key accounts, and identifying opportunities to increase engagement and sales.
  • Proficient in analyzing eCommerce KPIs, sales trends, and customer insights to guide strategic decisions and improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Capable of monitoring market shifts, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic direction.
  • Effective at leading business transformation initiatives and partnering with marketing, operations, and product teams to align eCommerce efforts with company goals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications.
