Position Overview

International is looking for a Senior Sales Manager‑Product located in the Atlanta, GA metro area. The Senior Sales Manager‑Product will be instrumental in enhancing our business growth across multiple channels, including retail, wholesale, and national fleet sales. The role requires expertise in product management and sales management, a strategic mindset, negotiation skills, and hands‑on execution to achieve results. The ideal candidate will have experience managing Key National Accounts, sales pipeline management, and Salesforce/CRM proficiency.

Please note the candidate must be based in the Atlanta, GA metro area.

Responsibilities
  • Business Development:
    Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and enhance brand presence; oversee e‑commerce growth and regional territories.
  • Product Management:
    Collaborate with product teams to align offerings with market needs; provide insights to support product development and lifecycle management.
  • Sales Management:
    Oversee retail, wholesale, e‑commerce, and national fleet sales; develop and manage sales processes and ensure targets are met.
  • Dealer Fleet Development:
    Build and maintain targeted dealer fleet accounts.
  • Go‑to‑Market Strategy:
    Execute strategies within assigned product categories and territories.
  • Negotiation:
    Lead complex product negotiations with dealer product line managers to secure favorable terms.
  • Market Analysis:
    Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics.
  • Product Support:
    Coordinate with parts/service teams to resolve dealer inquiries.
  • Relationship Management:
    Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including dealer fields, regional leadership, suppliers, and fleet accounts.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    Track and analyze key performance metrics; prepare sales pipeline reports in Salesforce CRM.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree, at least 8 years of sales experience, and at least 1 year of lead experience.
  • Master’s degree, at least 6 years of sales experience, and at least 1 year of lead experience.
  • At least 10 years of sales experience and at least 1 year of lead experience.
Additional Requirements
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee). No work‑sponsorship will be provided.
Desired Skills
  • Residing in the Atlanta, GA metro area.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or product management.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Data analysis skills and the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
