Practice Operations Supervisor for a General Surgery Clinic located in Lisle, with responsibilities spanning scheduling, quality control, human resources, patient satisfaction, and organizational representation.

  Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (varying)

  Lisle, Naperville, Hindsdale, Bloomingdale, Hoffman Estates, Elmhurst, Glen Ellyn, Lombard, Winfield, Schaumburg

• Planning:
  Participate in practice planning discussions, input into goals, schedule staff and physicians, ensuring resources meet daily workloads.
• Controlling:
  Assess work against outcomes, track productivity, quality, timeliness, and recommend process improvements.
• Human Resources:
  Hire, orient, and train staff; conduct performance appraisals, coach and discipline staff; communicate policies and expectations; seek guidance from Practice Manager.
• Patient Satisfaction:
  Respond to complaints and work to resolve; involve Practice Manager if resolution cannot be reached.

  Serve on Management Team, represent practice to other Duly associates, participate in committees, and represent company in community.

• Current IL RN License or equivalent Medical Assistant experience
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Health Care or Business Management preferred
• If a clinical professional, current licensure in good standing required
• Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA regulations
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a health care setting

Base pay range: $62,920 – $94,380. Actual pay determined by skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
