Hybrid position based in Lisle, IL
Salary Range: $65,000-$80,000 Annually

What you’ll do- Partner with Creative Director and Project Managers to scope, schedule, and deliver on time and on brief.
- Lead visual direction on highly technical and detail‑oriented deliverables.
- Leverage skills in graphic and editorial design on client and internal work.
- Create 360 campaigns, brand guidelines, fact sheets and infographics, educational/promotional toolkits, email/newsletters, logos and identity assets, social content series, landing pages and website content.
- Drive innovative ideas that enhance brand positioning and differentiation.
- Lead, design, participate in and contribute to design critiques with both clients and our internal team.
- Further develop and promote the Morreale brand to position the firm for growth in Illinois and targeted growth markets.
- Is a skilled graphic designer with interest and experience in photography, videography, animation, web design, and more.
- Is skilled at turning highly technical ideas into clear concepts, smart visuals, and shippable assets.
- Is detail‑oriented.
- Can carry a project from inception to conclusion with little supervision.

- 10+ years of experience in‑house or in an agency environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or visual communications.
- Candidates should have the ability to travel as required.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects, hit deadlines fast, and ruthlessly prioritize work.
- Expert Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
- Expert in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- CMS experience:
Squarespace, Word Press, Wix, Figma preferred.
- Email marketing platforms:
Constant Contact, Mailchimp. - Punctual, dependable, and accountable.
