• Organize the management of returned products from customers, manage 1st and 2nd level analysis, cooperate with lead plant, and implement appropriate actions.
• Manage product replacement and provisions.
• Organize production failures analyses, conduct internal audits of process and product, and support employee training.
• Write and document analysis reports, register all information in the CAQ system (SAP) and support issue resolution by managing 8D.

• Strong technical engineering skills (electronic, mechanical, communication technologies) and a strong understanding of quality management systems and procedures.
• Proven track record conducting analyses, deriving and implementing appropriate actions, and managing 8D reports effectively.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communicator with strong collaboration skills with internal and external parties.
• Proficient in English;
  German is a plus. Open to occasional domestic business travel.
