An analytical mindset is essential to review test results, identify anomalies, and drive process or design improvements. You will also apply problem‑solving skills to troubleshoot testing challenges and implement corrective actions. Through your expertise and continuous improvement efforts, you’ll play a key role in delivering reliable, high‑quality products that set industry benchmarks.

If you’re ready to make an impact and advance automotive innovation, join us at Molex.

  • Analyze, summarize, and communicate test results to design engineers; highlight abnormalities or inconsistencies and recommend improvements to testing methods and sample preparation
  • Provide technical support to internal teams, customers, and suppliers while ensuring compliance with Molex’s quality and safety management systems including TQM, Six Sigma, ISO, and EH&S standards
  • Travel domestically and internationally up to 10%
