This is a full‑time, entry‑level position. The role involves document control, CAD review, file retrieval and client communication, supporting our Utilities division and other engineering services.

• You are a people person with the ability to interface and collaborate effectively with other team members.
• You are detail‑oriented, meticulous, and have a knack for quality.
• You can multi‑task, follow processes, and follow up on administrative tasks.
• You are proficient with business and engineering applications, including Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams).

• Complete CAD review of design drawing packages.
• Retrieve and submit files to and from clients.
• Communicate and coordinate project activities with internal team members and external clients, both written and verbal.
