Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage transportation construction projects from start to finish.
- Lead and coordinate construction staff and subconsultants to maximize efficiency and project success.
- Support business development efforts, project pursuits, and client engagement.
- Develop and implement quality control, safety plans, and project schedules.
- Prepare reports, conduct progress meetings, and monitor staff performance.
- Ensure all work complies with applicable standards, codes, and project specifications.
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required.
- Minimum of 15 years experience in construction management with agencies such as IDOT, Tollway, CDOT, counties, or municipalities.
- Strong knowledge of transportation construction processes, standards, and quality regulations.
- Proficient in business and engineering software applications.
- Excellent leadership, team management, communication, and project management skills.
