ETF Analyst, Product Development & Management

In this role, you will assist in the development and management of new Amplify ETFs , collaborate with sales, marketing and operations , conduct market research, and support growth strategies, all while maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of ETFs to help drive product strategy .

• Assist in the development of new ETF products to enhance our fund lineup.
• Assist in the ongoing support and management of the 30+ ETFs at Amplify.
• Collaborate across teams including sales, marketing, operations, and finance throughout the ETF lifecycle.
• Conduct market research to identify product enhancements and emerging trends in the ETF space.
• Support the execution of strategies that align with company goals and drive ETF growth.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of ETFs and other investment structures to inform product strategy and development.
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial services, preferably with a focus on ETFs.
• Strong understanding of ETF products and market dynamics.
• Progress towards CFA designation is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

This position is on-site in Lisle, IL and does not include a relocation package.
