Regional Sales Associate
Advisors Asset Management, Inc. is looking for a Regional Sales Associate to support our Regional Sales Consultants (RSC) and Regional Vice Presidents (RVP) with appointment setting, analytical research, marketing support & data entry projects while working to gain their FINRA licensing.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES- Support for Regional Vice President and Regional Sales Consultant; set up meetings, provide analytical research to help prepare for meetings, enter data into CRM database.
- Upon obtaining FINRA Licensing, proactively market AAM investment solutions to financial advisors.
- Assist with calendar management and appointment setting.
- Perform territory branch “clean up” to ensure all rep information is up to date and accurate in all systems.
- Manage and maintain marketing supplies as well as mailings for literature requests to potential and current clients.
- Assist in sales campaign development with RVP/RSC.
- Perform proactive sales efforts for lower‑tier clients and prospective clients.
- Create and update spreadsheets.
- Verify Rep IDs for ISCS and RVPs.
- Identify source of unassigned trades and accounts.
- Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.
- Financial services industry experience a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Will work to obtain FINRA Series 7 & 66.
- Experience in the financial services industry a plus.
- Strong desire to be a contributor to the success of a team.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point), Internet and contact management systems (CRM).
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both oral and written.
- Detail orientation to ensure accuracy of reports, correspondence and databases.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to ever‑changing environment.
