• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans 💡
• Deliver hands‑on care that promotes recovery and quality of life 🌿
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and collaborate with our interdisciplinary team 🤝
• Maintain documentation and productivity standards with excellence ✍️

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program 🎓
• Hold (or are eligible for) an IL state PT license 🧾
• Experience in acute, rehab, or long‑term care is a plus—new grads welcome! 🌟
