  Monday‑Friday shifts 7:00‑20:00. Every 6th weekend Saturday 8:00‑16:00 and Sunday 9:00‑16:00

• Operates radiologic equipment to produce x‑rays of body for diagnostic purposes, as directed by a radiologist
• Positions patient on exam table and adjusts immobilization devices to obtain optimum view of requested body areas
• Explains procedures to patient to reduce anxieties and obtain patient cooperation
• Moves x‑ray equipment into specified positions and adjusts equipment controls to set exposure factors such as time and distance
• Practices radiation protection techniques to minimize radiation to patient and staff
• Obtains patient’s pertinent history
• Maintains crash cart, inventory, and OSHA regulations
• Assists with film quality control and reports to lead technologist for assignments
• Required to work evenings and holidays with responsibility for operation of the department

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school, or six months–two years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be AART registered or eligible and IDNS licensed
• CPR certification
• 6 months – 2 years related experience

Base pay range: $28.84 - $38.90 per hour. Actual pay determined by skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
