Overview
Scheduler - Lisle - Radiation Oncology
Location:
Lisle.
Office
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 7:30‑4:00pm.
Travel:
As needed.

- Check‑in / Greeting Patients / Patient Scheduling.
- Acknowledges and welcomes patients and visitors and sets the tone for a positive experience.
- Check in and schedule appointments, following sleep scheduling protocol.
- Answer heavy call volumes to fulfill patient needs over the phone.
- Verify patient information while documenting in their Electronic Health Record (EPIC).
- Perform all other duties / responsibilities as assigned.
- Review and monitor the schedule daily, ensuring all open slots are filled on the same day.
- Daily monitoring of patient scheduling reports.
- Exam Preparation: review the Daily Appointment Report and prepare charts as appropriate.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Three years of patient / client‑facing experience.

Demonstrates personal integrity, honesty, sincerity, and is trusted to do the right thing. - Personal Job Competence:
Performs core responsibilities of position efficiently and effectively within the parameters of organization policies, procedures and external governmental agencies.
The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $16.30–$24.50/hour, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
