Caregiver – Senior Solutions (Senior Solutions At Home, Inc.)

This position offers a competitive base pay range of $16.50/hr – $18.50/hr

The Caregiver role is a crucial position for those who rely on others for basic daily care, such as bathing, eating, and personal hygiene. Caregivers work with elderly clients in their homes.

• Medication reminders
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.)
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Do clients’ shopping or accompany them when they shop if needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own, including preparing meals
• Report any unusual incidents to our Care Coordinator
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency & report incidents to our Care Coordinator

• Previous caregiver experience of at least 1 year
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
• Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner
• Outstanding communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Physical endurance to complete required tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent
