NeoLoad Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance test plans using Neo Load.
• Lead end-to-end performance testing efforts for assigned projects.
• Manage Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) and extrapolation.
• Develop and execute load and stress testing strategies.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify and resolve performance issues.
• Implement test automation frameworks and integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze test results, generate performance reports, and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Utilize test management tools such as QTest and JIRA ALM.
• Work with tools like JMeter and Load Runner as needed.
• Document performance testing processes, methodologies, and results.

• 5–7 years of overall QA experience.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Neo Load (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands‑on experience with load and stress testing.
• Knowledge of performance engineering concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.

• Experience with JMeter and Load Runner.
