QA​/SDET Lead

• Define Test Plans, Test Strategies, Effort Estimations
  , and oversee Test Development activities.
• Collaborate directly with clients, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, clarify dependencies, and track deliverables.
• Drive Defect Life Cycle Management
  , including triage, reporting, tracking, and resolution.
• Automate regression validation procedures where applicable to improve efficiency.
• Develop and manage integration and interface test strategies across multiple applications.
• Lead program-level reporting and maintain dashboards for test progress and quality metrics.
• Specialize in Over-the-Air (OTA) and Integration Testing for Telematics systems.
• Map Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) to technical requirements and sub-systems.
• Design, develop, and execute software tests to identify software issues and support regression analysis.
• Engage with upstream and downstream stakeholders for integration and acceptance testing
  .
• Work hands‑on with tools like UFT, QTP, Load Runner, Appium, Postman, TestNG, Junit, Azure Dev Ops, AWS
  , and SAP modules.
• Simulate CAN feed validation using CANalyzer and perform protocol configuration for system preconditions.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Software QA, SDET, or Full Stack QA roles
  .
• Expertise in OTA Testing
  , Telematics, and automotive integrated systems is preferred.
• Strong experience with automation frameworks and tools
  .
• Proficiency in Azure Dev Ops / AWS platforms
  .
• Solid understanding of integration test management and interdependent system testing.
• Exposure to SAP modules and experience working in Unix and Windows server environments
  .
