Tier 2 Helpdesk Engineer Day to Day:
- Support desktops, laptops, networks, and Microsoft 365
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Handle user admin, permissions, and M365/Entra tasks
- Collaborate with senior engineers on escalations
- Deliver clear, friendly, client‑focused communication
- MSP experience strongly preferred
- Basic networking knowledge
- Experience with PSA/RMM tools is a plus
- A team‑first attitude and desire to keep learning
