You’ll create Trouble Tickets, resolve issues, and perform preventative maintenance to ensure smooth operations while delivering excellent client service. The role requires CompTIA A+ and Net+ basics or equivalent experience, Windows Server and AD/IIS/SQL knowledge, strong communication, and ability to work 12-hour nights on-site at our Lisle, IL
