Paralegal - Special Needs & Estate Planning

Clancy & Associates is seeking a paralegal, legal assistant, or paralegal student to join our mission‑driven team. We specialize in special needs planning, estate planning, and guardianship with a focus on client‑centered service and community support.

Location: Chicago metropolitan area

Base pay range: $56,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience

Signing Bonus: $1,500 signing bonus ($500 at 30, 60, and 90 days and upon successful completion of the probationary period)

• Draft and prepare legal documents including wills, trusts, special needs trusts, deeds, and powers of attorney
• Review and edit documents with accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist attorneys with scheduling and client communication
• Maintain and organize client files with precision
• Communicate with clients to collect information and provide updates
• Use legal technology tools (Clio preferred) to streamline workflows
