Food Service Utility

Overview

We are hiring immediately for a full time FOOD SERVICE UTILITY position.

Location:

BenU Krasa Student Center, 5700 College Road Krasa Hall, Lisle, IL 60532.

Full-time schedule:
Monday through Friday, 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm. More details upon interview.

Pay Range: $17.00 per hour to $18.00 per hour.

• Maintain kitchen work areas and keep equipment and utensils clean and orderly.
• Sweep and mop floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and dispose of it in designated containers; steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assist with banquet table and front-of-the-house setup.
• Assist with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and product.
• Distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Comply with sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous dishwashing, stocking, and cleaning experience is preferred.
