Job TitleJunior Enterprise Account Specialist
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the management of enterprise client accounts, serving as a point of contact for inquiries and support
- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams
- Help coordinate client meetings and presentations
- Stay informed about industry trends and Dealer eProcess products to provide informed recommendations to clients
- Work closely with various departments to ensure dealer satisfaction
- Partner with third‑party agencies to develop and implement effective dealership strategies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build relationships with clients
- Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Knowledge of CRM systems, with a preference for Hub Spot
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
