We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Enterprise Account Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in overseeing o ur enterprise client accounts, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.

• Assist in the management of enterprise client accounts, serving as a point of contact for inquiries and support.
• Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.
• Help coordinate client meetings and presentations.
• Stay informed about industry trends and Dealer eProcess products to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Work closely with various departments to ensure dealer satisfaction
• Partner with third-party agencies to develop and implement effective dealership strategies.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build relationships with clients.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• Knowledge of CRM systems, with a preference for Hub Spot.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
