The Regional Sales Associate role supports our Regional Sales Consultants (RSC) and Regional Vice Presidents (RVP) with appointment setting, analytical research, marketing support, and data entry projects while working to gain their FINRA licensing.
Essential Responsibilities- Support the RVP and RSC: set up meetings, provide analytical research to help prepare for meetings, and enter data into the CRM database.
- Upon obtaining FINRA licensing, proactively market AAM investment solutions to financial advisors.
- Assist with calendar management and appointment setting.
- Perform territory branch “clean up” to ensure that all rep information is up to date and accurate in all systems.
- Manage and maintain marketing supplies as well as mailings for literature requests to potential and current clients.
- Assist in sales campaign development with RVP/RSC.
- Perform proactive sales efforts for lower-tier clients and prospective clients.
- Create and update spreadsheets.
- Verify Rep IDs for ISCS and RVPs.
- Identify source of unassigned trades and accounts.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Financial services industry experience a plus.
- Required education:
Bachelor's degree preferred. - Required certifications:
Will work to obtain FINRA Series 7 & 66.
- Experience in the financial services industry a plus.
- Strong desire to be a contributor to the success of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), internet and contact management systems (CRM).
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Detail orientation to ensure the accuracy of reports, correspondence and databases.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to an ever-changing environment.
