Sunday’s | Weekend Work Requirement:
Varies | Salary Range: $17.38–$19.20
Responsible for being on site for resident requests and emergencies on third shift (8pm to 8am).
Responsibilities- Promptly respond when called, assess situation and contact appropriate individuals.
- Handle light maintenance/janitorial emergencies.
- Completely secure campus by checking doors, lights, and ground area nightly.
- Make regular rounds of buildings, complete reports of rounds and occurrences during shift.
- Assist with projects and miscellaneous duties as assigned.
- Maintain core values and mission of Villa St. Benedict.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related area with little direct supervision
- Experience in using tools and equipment required for this position
- Basic understanding of computers
- CPR/AED certified
- First Aid certified
- Valid Illinois Driver's License
QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED
- PERC helpful
