Raamwerk in Lisse zoekt een Ambulant Begeleider die zelfstandig werkt en cliënten begeleidt met WMO- of WLZ-indicatie. Je bouwt aan vertrouwen en helpt hen stap voor stap meer regie te krijgen in hun leven.
Je werkt vanuit de regio Duin- en Bollenstreek in een warm team van circa 15 collega’s en stemt af met zorgprofessionals in dezelfde gemeenten. Een prettige werkomgeving in een groene Dorpskern en een marktconform salaris volgen.
