Service Representative (Part-Time) – Litchfield

Provide direct customer service, handling transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, etc.) in accordance with bank policies while seeking sales/referral opportunities.

• Consistently demonstrate all aspects of the USB Customer Service Commitment Charter and brand.
• Put the customer first by promptly acknowledging their presence.
• Focus on the customer, putting aside other tasks when interacting.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, respecting customer time.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of customer information.
• Respond to or refer customer concerns to supervisors as appropriate.
• Set clear expectations and deliver on promises when follow‑up is required.
• Project a positive outlook and demeanor at all times.
• Account for successful retention of customers.
• Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, bank checks, and money orders.
• Adhere to all bank policies and procedures.
• Balance TCD/TCR accurately and effectively as necessary.
• Promote USB products and services.
• Assist customers in understanding how products/services meet their goals.
• Maintain working knowledge of all USB products and services.
• Be aware of cross‑line business partners’ offerings.
• Assist in generating referrals to business partners.
• Exceed individual sales goals and help the team meet sales goals.
• Utilize tracking system to report and track sales and service activities.

• Monday: 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm
• Tuesday: 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm
• Thursday: 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm
• Friday: 12:00 pm – 5:15 pm
• Saturday: 8:30 am – 12:15 pm

21 hours per week. Position located at 13 North St, Litchfield, CT.
