• Room Preparation
  :
  Ensure guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned, well-maintained, and prepared to meet the Salt Hotels standard of excellence.
• Attention to Detail
  :
  Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
• Amenity Management
  :
  Restock room amenities and supplies, ensuring guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay.
• Laundry Service
  :
  Handle the proper processing of guest laundry, ensuring items are cleaned and returned in a timely and professional manner.
• Guest Requests
  :
  Promptly respond to guest requests for additional supplies or services, ensuring their needs are met with a high level of customer service.
• Safety and Security
  :
  Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Team Collaboration
  :
  Work closely with the housekeeping team and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient operations.
• Feedback Implementation
  :
  Listen to and act on feedback from guests and management to continually improve service and guest satisfaction.
• Inventory Management
  :
  Keep accurate records of room supplies and notify management of any inventory needs or maintenance issues.

• Previous experience in a housekeeping role within the hospitality sector preferred.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills, able to understand and respond to guest needs promptly.
• Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to reach, kneel, bend, and lift up to a certain weight.
