Details- Seeking experienced LPN available for per diem shift homecare.
- Primary responsibilities include medication management, geriatric and post-surgical care, and professional coordination with other providers (OT/PT/hospice/etc).
- Shift work is paid between $40-$45/hour.
- Generous referral bonus program available.
- 8-12 hour day or night shifts.
- Connecticut State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License.
