Job Summary
Coordinate the accurate and timely processing of workflow throughout the location and maintain employee’s timecard accuracy in Kronos.
Job Description Responsibilities- Maintain various databases including data entry, data organization, and generate reports for areas such as Kronos, Attendance, Non-Conformance, Kaizan, etc.
- Assist with the coordination of the daily workflow throughout the location; schedule and administer work assignments.
- Fulfill administrative tasks such as creating meeting notes, filing paperwork, answering phones, and other tasks as assigned.
- Run miscellaneous AS400 reports and update Excel spreadsheets, providing basic data organization for use in analysis.
- Review reports for potential problems, contact the correct stakeholder to discuss the plan of action, and maintain documentation of communication and action plans.
- Provide support to internal and external customers by investigating and answering questions and escalating issues as necessary.
- Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for the procurement of services and MRO items.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, intermediate Excel, AS400, and SAP knowledge preferred.
- Intermediate skill in Microsoft Access, such as designing queries, modifying data types, and working with required fields.
- Intermediate skill in Microsoft Excel, including functions, formatting, sorting, and printing options.
- Intermediate skill in Microsoft PowerPoint, such as applying themes, formatting character spacing, inserting pictures, and customizing slide layouts.
- Intermediate skill in Microsoft Word, including headers, page breaks, tables, and formatting, as well as intermediate skill in Project and Adobe Writer; type 40+ words per minute.

The anticipated salary range for this position: $18.50 - $26.75 Hourly.
The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
