• Teacher – promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children in your care, lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, with classroom instruction at least 50% of your weekly schedule.
• Communicator – build relationships with families to promote achievement for the child and support the center’s success.
• Mentor – be responsible for, or assist with, the management, training, and mentoring of new hires and fellow teachers, creating fun, interactive learning experiences for preschool children.
• Leader – take on the duties of Director or Assistant Director in their absence, including opening and closing the school.
• Expert – ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility, leading a classroom, and implementing lesson plans.
• College credits toward an Early Childhood Education or Child Development degree, or a CDA (preferred).
• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
