A well-established Building Automation and Data Center technology provider is seeking a skilled Controls Specialist to support a stationary data center facility in Lithia Springs, GA. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for professionals with experience in BAS, SCADA, DCIM, or EPMS systems who want to contribute to a high-performance, mission‑critical environment.

• Title: Controls Specialist (Mid‑Level and Senior‑Level Openings Available)
• Technical Platforms: BAS, SCADA, DCIM, EPMS (Tridium/Niagara exposure strongly preferred)

• Base Salary: $85,000 – $135,000 (DOE)
• Bonus: Approx. 10%–20% performance‑based

• Configure, commission, troubleshoot, and support BAS, SCADA, and EPMS systems in a mission‑critical data center
• Work with communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and TCP/IP
• Commission Tridium/Niagara frameworks and associated controllers; refine control logic as needed
• Perform point‑to‑point device validation, system testing, and functional checks
• Install and wire DDC controllers, sensors, relays, and complete control panel assemblies
