A well-established provider of Data Center and Building Automation Solutions is seeking a BAS Controls Specialist (Mid to Senior Level) to support a dedicated, stationary data center site in Lithia Springs, GA. This is a long-term, on‑site position with no required travel, offering strong stability and continued growth in a mission‑critical setting.

• Commission, configure, and troubleshoot Tridium/Niagara controllers
• Revise and enhance control sequences to improve system performance
• Support both proprietary and open BAS/BMS systems
• Perform detailed point‑to‑point device testing and system verification
• Integrate systems using Modbus, BACnet, and TCP/IP communication protocols
• Install DDC controllers, sensors, relays, and associated control hardware
• Assemble and wire low‑voltage control panels based on engineering drawings
• Terminate low‑voltage cabling and maintain accurate labeling
• Calibrate field devices for correct operation and system accuracy
• Document commissioning activities and maintain daily test logs
