Location: Onsite – Atlanta, GA

Duration: 6-18 months (W2 Contract)

Pay: $30 - $35/hr + Benefits & PTO

• Day Shift: 12‑hrs (Sun‑Tues & Sun‑Wed)
• Day Shift: 12‑hrs (Wed‑Sat & Wed‑Sun)
• Night Shift: 12‑hrs (Sun‑Tues & Sun‑Wed)
• Night Shift: 12‑hrs (Wed‑Sat & Wed‑Sun)

• Prepare, stage, set up, and perform startups and shutdowns of IT equipment, following specific instructions and safety protocols.
• Conduct post‑execution quality checks to ensure proper grounding, staging, labeling, and cabling.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues, quickly identifying causes and performing break‑fix repairs on faulty components.
• Decommission hardware for system refreshes, including memory upgrades and OS rebuilds.
• Monitor systems for equipment failures or errors and respond to program error messages effectively.

• Computer Science majors OR CompTIA A+ or Server+ certifications.
• Experience as a Data Center Technician, with hardware break‑fix responsibilities.
• Previous experience with Geek Squad computer repair or similar technician roles.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, servers, and components.
• 5-7+ years of experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Flexibility to work non‑standard business hours, including weekends and/or holidays.
