• Implements the business plan for the assigned area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals.
• Identifies associate, customer, and supplier concerns by listening and consulting with others to determine corrective action or make recommendations to resolve concerns.
• Monitors and manages productivity of the assigned area by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
• Maintains quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, standards and procedures; monitors compliance and maintains procedures and supporting documentation.
• Supervises and develops associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, identifying training needs, and participating in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation.
• Manages maintenance and installation of systems, hardware, and software by overseeing installations, repairs, inventory tracking, and ordering components as needed.
• Manages troubleshooting of systems and applications by working with Information Systems Division and vendors to support ongoing development of current and future systems.
• Provides expert guidance to others in applying information and best practices to meet customer and business needs and builds commitment for perspectives and rationales.
• Supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships with key stakeholders, identifying business needs, executing necessary processes, monitoring progress, and adapting to changes.
• Models compliance with company policies and supports the company mission and ethics by incorporating them into business plans and executing processes accordingly.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 - $98,000.00. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses and location-based pay adjustments.
